Roll-up Door Warranty
Chameleon Metals will provide a one year limited warranty on the installation of roll up doors. Chameleon Metals is responsible for ensuring that the installation of the roll up door follows the manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. Chameleon Metals will only provide a one year limited warranty for ONLY the installation of the roll up doors.
The Manufacturer offers a One Year Limited Warranty on the roll up doors, hardware and fittings.
This warranty is applicable only to doors installed within the US that have been:
· Installed with a fitness for a particular purpose and fit for the specific applications recommended by manufacturer.
· Maintained in strict accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
This warranty is NOT applicable to:
· Any Electric operators and / or accessories that work or may have been purchased in conjunction with the manufacturer. Refer to Operator Manufacturer for details.
· The paint film integrity, chalk or fading which is covered as a separate warranty by the color coating manufacturer. See the Color Chart For Details.
This warranty is NOT applicable when damage, deterioration or failure is caused by:
· Misuse or excessive wear and tear
·Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
· Improper installation contrary to manufacturer installation instructions and specifications
· Improper handling
· Improper or unfit application
· Prolonged or unprotected storage prior to installation
· Acts of God and / or extreme weather conditions or atmospheric conditions
· Structure to which door is installed is unfit for application
· Any circumstance beyond the manufacturer’s control
·Any intentional or negligent act or omission of purchase or any third party
To obtain warranty service, immediately contact Chameleon Metals. Chameleon Metals will then evaluate the warranty claim for eligibility.
If eligible, Chameleon Metals will be responsible for completing the rightful installation of the roll up door, only if the warranty falls under the Chameleon Metals installation warranty. If the Warranty falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, manufacturer will at its sole discretion, repair or replace the door or part(s) affected by the defect. Manufacturer will furnish the necessary parts at no charge. Any charge, labor or otherwise, for freight removal and/ or installation shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
In no event shall Chameleon Metals and manufacturer be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages or Injuries.
No warranty expressed or implied shall extend beyond ONE(1) year period stated above.
